At CORE Healing, all clients, providers, and business contacts are valued for their unique qualities, collective wisdom, and shared strengths and struggles.
CORE Healing was established to offer clients and providers a better experience of
getting support. Rooted in client-centered policies emphasizing clear and direct
communication, efficiency, respect, empowerment, and sound, effective interventions,
CORE Healing is a different kind of practice.
Many wellness organizations struggle with dysfunction, dated technology, and an outsized focus on profit and billable hours over community wellbeing. This shortsighted approach to practice management renders these entities unable to provide the conditions necessary to sustainably deliver quality care. After witnessing countless people in vulnerable chapters face additional stressors from large organizations overwhelmed by their own size, confused values, and inattention to provider wellness and the incredible importance of stability in therapeutic relationships, our founder established something different.
As a therapist herself, with additional, earlier work experience in large and small non-profits, hospitals, elderly residential care facilities, schools, and private practice health clinics,Viola has seen many, many staff and clientele struggle in organizations mismanaging their needs. Clearly understanding the necessity of well-cared-for providers in the delivery of great support to deeply deserving communities and weary of persistently pressing established stakeholders in other spaces to shift their approach with little change in sight, Viola established CORE Healing to sustainably prioritize the needs of our team of fellow humans, allowing us to more soundly serve each client and the community in our collective, great work. As we grow, these priorities remain our touchstone and the core of our practice.
